Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing recruitment plans efficiently, keeping track of the recruitment process and meeting the deadline
- Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
- Manage and develop recruitment tools and systems
- Develop recruitment strategies, employer branding and hiring plans
- Monitor and manage tasks in the overall of management & administration team
- Maintain people records (attendance, engagement survey etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests
Other
- Support and development HR systems, HR activities
- Develop training and development programs
- Assist team to accomplish team goals
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ETS keystone behaviors
- Have experience in Human Resource or related fields
- Good command in English & Thai both writing, speaking, and reading
- Ability to use abstract reasoning, problem solving, management, planning, and analytical skills in: training, evaluation, and program development
- Can create content for publish to ETS members or our social media with any program, e.g., Canva, Photoshop or InShot
- Requires effective interpersonal, creative and presentation skills
